The HOCH KANT FILM FEST company in Bremen are inviting creative artists to present themselves by exhibiting concise and unexpected graphic animation in vertical formats placed in the city centre of Bremen.

What is it about?

From April 13th to April 19th 2021, the “Digital out of home media” company cooperate with the Wall Decaux furniture company, exhibiting furniture as presentation surfaces.

As opposed to all commonly known advertising techniques, this exhibition will select six pieces of graphic art to be presented in eighteen sequences per hour, which sum up to 432 sequences per day, shown on digital screens.

What will be chosen?

Graphic pieces of art, which are – as opposed to commonly known advertising - surprising, new and inspiring.

Who will choose the participating artists?

Dr. Eva Fischer-Hausdorf, curator of arts of the 20th and 21st century at Kunsthalle Bremen,

Olivier Arcioli, conceptual media artist, Atelier Grün Düsseldorf.

Anne Thurmann-Jajes, head of the Center for Artists' Publications

and Ilona Rieke, managing director of Filmbüro Bremen.

The HOCH KANT FILM FEST company cooperate with the media innovation laboratory "Filmfest Bremen" (April 14th to 18th, 21st).

Full HD (1,080 * 1,920 px), 20 Mbit / s - please submit the motifs rotated 90 ° to the right

Animated graphics are permitted, live film sequences are prohibited by German road traffic regulations.

Deadline

Submissions will be possible from February 15th to March 15th, 2021 on hochkantfilmfest.de.
