Since 2021, BLINK has been collaborating with independent magazines, artists, creatives and collectives around exhibitions, art weeks, fashion weeks and cultural events. As we continue to expand, we're looking for fresh ideas and new perspectives to translate our activities into engaging digital content.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Develop creative concepts and content ideas for Instagram and other digital platforms.

  • Create engaging reels, stories, posts and behind-the-scenes content.

  • Document exhibitions, events, collaborations and community activities.

  • Develop visual storytelling around art, fashion, architecture and design.

  • Collaborate with our editorial, photography and event teams.

  • Research creative trends, references and new digital formats.

  • Contribute to the development of BLINK's visual identity and digital presence.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Genuine interest in visual arts, fashion, architecture, design and digital culture.

  • Good understanding of social media and digital content formats.

  • Strong visual sense, creativity and storytelling skills.

  • Familiarity with content creation and editing tools.

  • Proactive attitude and willingness to experiment with new ideas.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

WHAT YOU GET

  • Become part of an international creative network of artists, magazines, collectives and cultural professionals.

  • Opportunities to develop your creative portfolio and gain visibility through BLINK's platforms.

  • BLINK press and crew passes.

  • Access to selected exhibitions, art fairs, fashion weeks and cultural events as a press associate.

  • Opportunities to participate in international exhibitions and collaborations in Berlin, Paris, Vienna and New York.

  • Flights and accommodation covered for selected international projects.

COMMITMENT

One 2-hour meeting per month and approximately 2–4 hours of work monthly.

Participation is voluntary and flexible. You choose which projects you'd like to join depending on your availability. You can skip projects whenever other work or commitments take priority.

BLINK is a non-profit, donation-based initiative. This is an unpaid voluntary position.

LOCATION: Berlin or New York preferred. Open to international applicants, especially Paris.
