"is life a movie?" call for humorous + satirical cartoons

In order to regain the ability to smile at ourselves, our vices and our everyday life and to invite us to take a lighthearted break, the Association Pro Castello di Caneva introduces the eleventh edition of the Caneva Ride Contest!, open to cartoonists from all over the world.

The theme for the 2024 edition is: “Is life a movie”. Do you judge life by its title? Do you walk through life as it was a premiere? Do you like reruns? Are you the director or the viewer? Is life like a multi-screen cinema? What kind of actor are you?

CANEVA RIDE is a competition that aims at remembering Toni Zampol, subtle humorist who narrated the territory, and was always ready to see the curious or comic side of characters and situations. The Contest is promoted by Pro Castello di Caneva (PN), with the contribution of Màcheri Association and the Municipality of Caneva.
