open call - fall 2022!

Exhibition period: September 2022 - December 2022 Submission Deadline: 21st of August 2022 (23:59) Galleri Blunk is an artist/student run non-commercial exhibition space, located at Svartlamon in Trondheim. As a Gallery space, we wish to promote emerging artists coming from various fields of expertise and introduce them to the public. We would love to encourage artist with experimental and emerging practices to apply with finished work but also research in progress that could be exhibited. We would also love to see applications including site-specific projects, performance and music events. Blunk was created in 2002 by students at Trondheim academy of Fine Art. We are very open to new ideas and contributors. The proposal could be for solo exhibitions, group exhibitions and curatorial projects but were also open for other ideas.

Notes: Unfortunately, we can’t cover travel expenses nor accommodation, but we can help you to look for a place to stay. If necessary, we are able to provide you with a letter for grant applications. As an exhibitor, you carry the responsibility to install the exhibition yourself and clean up the room afterwards. We will help you if it's needed. Cost of paint and wall putty to restore the walls is covered by the gallery. Please let us know if you have any questions.
