exhibition proposals 2024-25

Fried Fruit Art Gallery is accepting proposals for solo, or two person shows in our cargo container gallery for the 2024-25 exhibition cycle. We are located in the Cargo District of Wilmington, NC.

Although we accept all types of work, we prioritize installation, experimental works, and/or community engaged works.

Artists are responsible for shipping/delivering work to and from the gallery. There is a possibility to receive a $250 stipend for an artist talk or workshop at University of North Carolina Wilmington in conjunction with the exhibition. Please note interest in your application materials.

Exhibition hours:

Each exhibition will exhibit for approximately one month and will include an opening reception where patrons are invited inside the gallery. They exhibition can be viewed 24/7 through the glass windows and may be visited inside by appointment only.
