Overview

For those who believe the best things happen when people connect.

We're looking for a sociable, proactive and curious individual to help expand the BLINK community and build meaningful relationships with independent creative networks around the world.

Since 2021, BLINK has been collaborating with independent magazines, artists, creatives and collectives around exhibitions, art weeks, fashion weeks and cultural events. As our international network continues to grow, we're looking for someone who enjoys discovering new communities, connecting people and opening doors to exciting collaborations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Discover independent art collectives, magazines, creative communities and cultural platforms.

  • Research interesting artists, organisations and initiatives across different cities.

  • Reach out to potential collaborators and establish new relationships.

  • Explore opportunities for partnerships, exchanges and joint projects.

  • Help expand BLINK's international presence and creative network.

  • Maintain communication with existing and potential collaborators.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Naturally sociable, confident and comfortable approaching new people.

  • Genuine interest in visual arts, fashion, architecture, design and contemporary culture.

  • Curiosity about independent creative communities and cultural initiatives.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Proactive mindset and enthusiasm for building meaningful connections.

WHAT YOU GET

  • Become part of an international network of artists, magazines, collectives and cultural professionals.

  • Opportunities to connect with creative communities across Berlin, Paris, Vienna and New York.

  • BLINK press and crew passes.

  • Access to selected exhibitions, art fairs, fashion weeks and cultural events as a press associate.

  • Opportunities to participate in international exhibitions and collaborations.

  • Flights and accommodation covered for selected international projects.

COMMITMENT

One 2-hour meeting per month and approximately 2–4 hours of work monthly.

Participation is voluntary and flexible. You choose which projects and initiatives you'd like to join depending on your availability. You can skip projects whenever other work or commitments take priority.

BLINK is a non-profit, donation-based initiative. This is an unpaid voluntary position.

LOCATION: Berlin or New York preferred. Open to international applicants, especially Paris.
