The City of Claremont is sending out a Request for Qualifications for a site specific, landmark Artwork for El Barrio Park, the cultural hub of the storied Arbol Verde neighborhood. The Artwork will be part of a park improvement and expansion project produced through a partnership between the City of Claremont, Claremont McKenna College, and the Arbol Verde neighborhood. The goal of this project is to honor the rich cultural history of the Arbol Verde community and the contributions made to the City since its founding in 1910.
