We're calling all filmmakers to submit surf documentaries, short and feature films, and to take part of the 13th annual edition of the Portuguese Surf Film Festival in Ericeira.

There are mainly documentaries that take part of the festival, with a program full of other hgreast reasons to attend, such as art exhibitions, live music, DJs, open-air movie nights and much more.

We celebrate the artistry and storytelling of surf cinema. Whether you're a seasoned director, an aspiring filmmaker, or an enthusiastic amateur, we invite you to share your unique perspective through the lens of surf culture. Very important: the films cannot be already available for free screening online.

The Portuguese Surf Film Festival takes place in Ericeira, Europe´s only World Surfing Reserve. In 2024, the festival celebrates its 13th annual edition.
