Overview
Since the launch of the first edition in 2020, the Monnaie de Paris has awarded an annual prize to a creator – visual artist or designer – to reward an original medal project. The winner receives a financial grant of ten thousand euros and time for exchange, creation, and production within the Parisian workshops.
The Monnaie de Paris prize is awarded alternately to visual artists and designers. The 2027 edition is reserved for visual artists.
