This is Mother tree. She is old, her roots have digged deep into the earth. Her bark is rough it gives shelter to insects and lichen. She is connected through the threads in the soil.

  
Dit is Boommoeder. Ze is oud, haar wortels zijn diep in de aarde te vinden. Haar bast is ruig en weerbarstig, Ze geeft een thuis aan insecten en korstmossen. Ze maakt contact door de draden onder de aarde

This toad stool was a section of an installation for the art Festival WONDERGRONDS. Take a seat and feel the grass under the soles of your feet. Look up at sky and see the clouds in the wind.
