There is positive and negative in everyone. When we choose to embrace and accept who we are, only then can we grow. There is something beautiful about both. We only show the beautiful side, especially on social media. Do not neglect the dark, fully embrace it, learn from it, and love yourself whole heartedly.

Duality

As I'm maturing and growing into the woman I want to be, I feel that I'm always changing. My body, the way I view the world, how I go about daily life, etc. This work represents the ever changing growth that we experience as humans and how beautiful it can be.

Growth Pt. 1

This painting represents losing a loved one and is dedicated to my grandpa who passed away in 2022\. The red rose symbolizes enduring love, the peace lily symbolizes a soul at rest, the tulip represents heaven and eternity, and the plumeria represents my grandpas love for tropical flowers.

Missing Piece

I recently picked up a book called “365 Ways to Raise Your Frequency”. The first chapter is about awareness & on the 5th day, it said that in times of stress or anxiety, it is good to have a verbal or visual trigger that helps ground you again. I chose the angel number 111 as my verbal trigger because it has been a reoccurring number in my everyday life & I chose the bird of paradise as my visual trigger because they surround me everyday. These signals have helped remind me when I am anxious that I am still being guided in the right direction & my angels are always watching & guiding me.
