This artwork is a bright explosion of colours on a 80 x 80 cm canvas (depth: 2.5 cm). "Tripping Beauty" talks about addiction and how it makes you feel your emotions and your body. Addiciton is a biopsychosocial disorder characterized by compulsive engagement in rewarding stimuli despite adverse consequences People experiencing addiction are prone to cycles of relapse and remission. This means they may cycle between intense and mild use. Addiction is too sweet to let go of it but overtime it will destroy you. This painting talks about what addiction makes you feel. But the viewer can see that the face of the person turnt into a mask because being addicted means letting go of your self control and blurring your thoughts.

"Target" is talking about the power and vulnerability of beeing seen as a women in today´s society. Being female is a double-edged sword which cuts apart what women should be and what women really are. Women are strong but are seen as weak so often. Women can define their own life but are opressed too much. Women can protect theirselves but are seen as vulnerable targets.
