The place of earth/ La place de la terre

With this project, I want to highlight the interaction between rural architecture and its environment, with which it has a strong connection, particularly with the land. It is a source of food for humans and animals, it is also a material for house building.
In a traditional rural setting, society lives in harmony and adapts to nature. I used some of the essential elements of rural construction, which reflects this communion.
For the realization of this work, I collaborated with my grandmother, who taught me this technique of construction and I used this technique to build a pillar, to which I attached wooden pieces.   
The pillar is located in a construction site, from where the soil was removed a priori, therefore creating an antithesis
