european talent exchange programme (etep)

Westway is part of the European Talent Exchange Programme (ETEP), a European talent exchange initiative that helps European artists get booked for festivals across Europe. Eurosonic Noorderslag takes place in Groningen, the Netherlands, from January 14 to 17, 2026.

ESNS has an impressive track record, and you can become part of it! Many European artists played their first international show in Groningen or were discovered through ESNS by their label, talent agency, or a large summer festival. ESNS alumni include AURORA, Stromae, Christine and the Queens, Buraka Som Sistema, Fontaines D.C., Sigrid, Marina Satti & Fonés, Altin Gün, Priya Ragu, The Haunted Youth, The XX, Robyn, Tramhaus, Sam Smith, Hozier, Alyona Alyona, Viagra Boys, Zaho de Sagazan, freekind., Kaleo, Chalk, Fat Dog, and many more.

Each year ESNS attracts over 4000 delegates, including representatives of more than 400 international festivals.
