This nationally recognized outdoor public art program strives to integrate art into the daily lives of residents and visitors. For more than 20 years, the program has made it possible to experience the power of art every day.
Artists can submit completed works and ideas for new work to be completed by August 2027 for installation. Accepted artwork will be displayed throughout the downtown business district for a two-year exhibition period from summer 2027 to summer 2029.

We are looking for artists who:
Work in sculpture/3D art or new media installations
Have any level of experience with large-scale public art installations, including artists just starting their public art careers
Represent a diverse range of lived experiences and backgrounds
Are available to deliver any accepted artwork to Lake Oswego, OR (just south of Portland) in August 2027
