Email subject: SPIRA9 ART Solo Exhibition Programme 2026 + Artist Name
Applications should demonstrate the artist’s current practice and their vision for presenting their work in London.
SPIRA9 ART is now accepting proposals for its 2026 Solo Exhibition Programme, inviting artists from around the world to present ambitious solo projects in London.
Selected artists will have the opportunity to present their work through a dedicated solo exhibition at a London gallery between September to December 2026, during one of the most active periods in the city’s cultural calendar.
The exhibition period coincides with major international events including London Design Festival and takes place around the period of Frieze London, bringing together artists, collectors, curators, cultural organisations and international visitors from across the world.
The programme is open to both established artists seeking to expand their presence within the UK and European art scene, as well as emerging artists looking to develop and realise their first major solo exhibition.
Selected artists will work closely with the SPIRA9 ART curatorial team to develop a tailored exhibition project that reflects their artistic practice, research and creative direction.
Each exhibition will be individually developed according to the artist’s body of work, exhibition requirements and spatial possibilities, creating a focused presentation dedicated to the artist’s practice.
ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
London remains one of the world’s leading centres for contemporary art, connecting artists, galleries, collectors, curators and cultural institutions from across the globe.
By positioning exhibitions within London’s autumn art season, SPIRA9 ART provides artists with an opportunity to engage with an international audience during a period of heightened cultural activity.
The Solo Exhibition Programme supports artists in presenting their work to new audiences, developing professional connections and increasing visibility within the international contemporary art landscape.
Through exhibition production, curatorial development, communication and audience engagement, SPIRA9 ART works with selected artists to create meaningful presentations of their practice in London.
