2027 two-city exchange program

In partnership with cities and arts and cultural institutions overseas, we conduct bi-city exchange programs that involve sending and inviting creators to support the work of creators active in various fields and to promote international cultural exchange between these cities and Tokyo. For fiscal year 2027, we are recruiting creators to participate in residency programs of approximately three months in eight cities around the world.

Those cities are:
