artist wanted! summer residency

Through our residency program, we offer the selected artists the opportunity to join us for approximately 2-3 months and use our studio space or darkroom to develop their artistic projects. Their final exhibition at Officina Neukölln is not only the result of their own research and experimentation, but also of a collaboration with our members who supports the resident artists throughout their creative process.

Artists are selected on the basis of their portfolio and project. The open call welcomes all types of artists, from Berlin or abroad. We provide a stage for emerging subcultures and support young artists willing to explore, meet and experiment. We encourage an art that is curious, accessible, accepting and/or committed to causes we care about.

Next residency: From June 1 to mid-September. Deadline for the applications: May 4.

Indicative dates, adjustments are possible, especially due to the current health situation.
