CURATORIAL REGULATIONS
Exhibition Program – New York City
May 13–15 | On the occasion of Frieze New York
1. Open Call Overview
The exhibition program invites international artists and creatives to submit their works for a curatorial selection to be presented on mega LED billboards in the heart of New York City.
Selected works will be displayed in full-screen format, offering outstanding international visibility during one of the most significant moments in the global art scene.
2. Participation Method
Participation is exclusively through the official application form:

Each artist may submit one or more works.
3. Artist Selection
A total of 40 artists will be selected, divided as follows:
20 artists selected by the Curatorial Committee, based on:
artistic quality
originality
conceptual coherence
visual impact
20 artists selected through digital engagement, determined by the number of interactions (likes) on the official social media channels.
4. Curatorial Criteria
The curatorial committee will evaluate works based on:
Innovation and contemporary research
Ability to engage with urban and digital space
Communicative strength in billboard format
Relevance within an international context
5. Value of the Exhibition Program
The program represents a high-profile international opportunity, with an estimated total value of €25,000, including:
International media exposure
Marketing and communication activities
Distribution across digital channels and global networks
Inclusion in a high-tech exhibition project
This value reflects the strategic visibility and positioning within a globally relevant art context.

Important Note
The above technical specifications are provided as an informational technical data sheet for the billboards.
No technical adjustments are required during the application phase.
Any necessary adaptations will be requested only from selected artists, who will receive all final technical details and instructions.
If you are selected and confirmed for the exhibition, you may submit a project different from the one you submitted during the application process; it can be a project you have already completed or a new work.
7. Deadlines
Applications must be submitted by the end of the current week.
Selected artists will be notified via email the first week of May
8. Exhibition
Selected works will be:
displayed on mega LED screens, 1, Times Square, New York City, May 13-15, 2026
presented in full-screen digital format
included in a curated program during the event days
9. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the open call implies full acceptance of these regulations and the decisions of the curatorial committee, which are final.
