2025 wonderland festival

A unique, revolutionary, multidisciplinary festival!

Wonderland Festival was founded in 2012 to connect even the most daring contemporary creations to the perspective of local audiences, particularly supporting emerging artists.

Since then, the festival has grown exponentially, yet maintains its original objectives, including engaging the audience as an active creator of meaning and promoting new talent in the performing arts, as well as serving as a platform for international exchange and networking. Today, the Festival presents three weeks of events that embrace multidisciplinarity (theater, dance, music, and meetings) and a translocal approach , combining the Brescian dimension with national and international processes, professionalism, and audiences (each year, artists from different countries are highlighted, with Spain being the focus in 2024).

Wonderland Festival is organized by IDRA Teatro, under the artistic direction of Davide D'Antonio, with the aim of presenting innovations and research into languages in the performing arts.
