**The DOK Leipzig 2025 call for documentary and animated films is now open!**

  
_What are we looking for?_

  
* Creative documentaries and animated films, short (up to 40 min) and feature length
* World and international premieres preferred, German premieres required
* Films from 2024 and 2025 (premiered after 1 October 2024)

Submission fees vary based on film length. Discounts are available.

The International Leipzig Festival for Documentary and Animated Film will take place from 27 October to 2 November 2025\. The exhibition takes place every year during the festival week and is open to everybody. Admission to the exhibition is free.
