proposals for nordic-quebecois cooperation

The Government of Québec and the Nordic Council of Ministers invite you to submit an application for financial support to carry out a co-operation project in the fields of culture, society, and research and innovation between Québec and the Nordic countries.

As per Joint Statement on collaboration in northern sustainable development between the Nordic Council of Ministers and the Government of Québec signed 1st of February 2013 and the Letter of Intent between the Nordic Council of Ministers and the Government of Québec signed 27th of February 2015, but without being limited by the foregoing, the Nordic Council of Ministers and the Government of Québec jointly developed a call for proposals. The Nordic Council of Ministers and the Government of Québec, hereafter the parties, have been in close collaborative dialogue since the Letter of Intent of 2015 with the aim of developing concrete cooperation.
