With the Co-funding of the European Union’s Creative Europe programme, the European Media Art Platform (EMAP) invites artists, artist duos, collectives, and other artistic collaborations working in digital, media, robotic, and bio art to apply for a two-month production residency in 2027.
The EMAP residency programme places a strong emphasis on collaboration. Applicants must therefore apply as a duo or collective, or propose a collaborative project with a partner of their choice or with a collaborator local to the host institution.
Artists apply to the EMAP consortium as a whole and indicate their preferred host organisations in order of priority.
