Fractured Beauty: The Elegance of Imperfection is a curated group exhibition at Bushwick Gallery, taking place from October 23–30, 2025. This exhibition invites artists to explore the aesthetic and emotional resonance of imperfection—flaws, breaks, asymmetries, and unresolved forms. Rather than seeking polish or precision, we’re looking for work that finds meaning in vulnerability, irregularity, and tension. Whether literal or abstract, minimal or maximal, selected pieces will reflect the quiet power of what’s broken, incomplete, or in flux.
This opportunity is part of Bushwick Gallery’s ongoing commitment to showcasing thoughtful, provocative work that reflects the complexity of contemporary life. Previous exhibitions have explored themes such as emotional duality (Love and Heartbreak: A Duality), transformation (Metamorphosis), urban identity (Urban Narratives: The City as Canvas), psychological landscapes (Specters of the Subconscious), and ecological urgency (Echoes of the Earth). Each show is presented in our Brooklyn gallery space, situated in the heart of Bushwick’s creative community.
Selected artists will have their work exhibited in person and promoted to our growing network of collectors, curators, and press. The exhibition will open with a public reception on Thursday, October 23, from 6 PM to 8 PM.
This is a chance to join a growing roster of artists pushing boundaries and redefining beauty in contemporary art.
