call for site specific art @ berlin circus festival 2025

We are looking for artists to present their artworks or create site-specific works during the international Berlin Circus Festival at Tempelhofer Feld.

The festival offers a platform for encounters between contemporary circus and visual art. In an open-air exhibition, you will have the opportunity and support to present your artistic work in front of an extraordinary backdrop between the circus tent and the stands to over 11,000 visitors and become part of the festival family.

We are looking for works of art of all genres, such as sculpture, performance ( no circus acts ), painting, or photography, that can be installed outdoors on the festival grounds.

* Dismantling + return transport: August 11 + 12, 2025
