DevelopmentWA is seeking Expressions of Interest from multidisciplinary teams of local, national or international artists to design, supply and install a large-scale artwork on the 53-metre-tall Boiler House Smoke Stack, located within the former Princess Margaret Hospital site in Subiaco, Western Australia.

The existing Smoke Stack will be used as a foundation by an artist/artist team to elevate the industrial structure into an eye-catching artwork. Invoking impact from a range of vantage points, the artwork will feature 360-degree paint application, applied sculptural elements, and integrated lighting design.

DevelopmentWA is seeking an established artist team with a focus on fostering local partnerships and telling stories that significantly add to the identity of the site.
