In alignment with the values and mission of Designing Women, the ReadyLaunch Grant is our initiative to bridge the gender gap in the design industry. This grant is an extension of our commitment to elevate the voices of female-identifying, non-binary and other persons affected by gender-related issues in the realm of design, echoing the ethos of Readymag itself.
