ORAC Gallery is developing a focused, curated presentation for its official Booth #2102 at Spectrum Chicago 2026. Rather than creating a crowded group display, the gallery intends to build a visually coherent presentation in which each selected work has a clear presence within the approximately 200 sq. ft. booth.
We are particularly interested in artists with a distinctive and recognisable visual language, a consistent professional practice and a body of work that can function strongly within an international art-fair context.
There is no fixed theme or required medium. Applications will be considered in relation to artistic quality, conceptual clarity, coherence of the proposed works, scale, physical presence, pricing, logistical feasibility and the potential dialogue between the works included in the final presentation.
Artists are encouraged to submit a carefully edited group of works that genuinely represents the current direction of their practice rather than a broad overview of unrelated projects.
The open call also forms part of ORAC Gallery’s wider international artist research, with particular interest in practices that may develop into a longer-term curatorial dialogue with the gallery.
