The Co-Lab is a structured sprint where nonprofits take a campaign from idea to launch-ready. The accelerator covers the strategy, messaging, design, and initial build of PSA campaigns so community organizations can channel their resources directly into distribution and long-term growth. During the program, seven nonprofits are each paired with an independent impact artist and a dedicated team of corporate media and brand volunteers.
Together, each team co-designs a bespoke, professional campaign that will deploy directly into neighborhood spaces on F.Y. Eye’s PSA Network. F.Y. Eye shepherds the entire process, providing the training curriculum, strategic resources, and structured workshops needed to help each organization successfully launch their message and reach their community.
For Designers:
The Co-Lab offers NYC-based independent visual storytellers a unique, paid platform to turn your creative craft into real change. Collaborate with passionate community leaders to translate complex human experiences into compelling public art. This is a space where you lead the visual execution as the team's Creative Lead, supported by a structured strategy framework and direct peer-to-peer feedback loops with fellow cohort artists.
In this role, you will participate in biweekly 1.5-hour accelerator sessions running from November 2026 through March 2027 (a hybrid mix of in-person and virtual meetings, with holiday breaks). Between sessions, you will lead the creative vision by translating your nonprofit partner's core mission into powerful visual concepts, ultimately designing the campaign’s core artwork, digital asset suite, and final presentation deck.
