The City of Surrey is inviting expressions of interest to design and paint a mural for the Crescent Park Pottery Studio along with a corresponding design for a vinyl wrap on a small storage container.

Crescent Park is a large 52-hectare destination park in South Surrey. The park features a network of walking paths through second growth forest, alongside ponds, streams, and small meadows. This site is home to several species of birds and a refuge for migratory birds. The eastern portion of the park offers a range of park amenities including baseball diamonds, tennis and pickle ball courts, a playground, and multi-purpose field.

The Crescent Park Pottery Studio is situated within the eastern portion of the park and is a space for potters to find community and create. The building was previously the park’s caretaker site, which was repurposed in 2023 into a fully equipped pottery studio. The studio has since become an important place for sharing knowledge and skills
