Open Eye Gallery and Liverpool City Region Combined Authority announce a call for entries to Liverpool City Region Photo Awards 2025! Winners' works will be a part of the Liverpool City Region Photo Awards 2025 exhibition at Open Eye Gallery in November.

  
Liverpool City Region is a place for photographers -- our varied landscapes and vibrant communities have led to images that have inspired visitors and locals alike. This year, as part of Combined Authority's 2025 Cultural Events Programme, six diverse groups including refugees and asylum seekers, members of the LGBTQI+ community and D/deaf and BSL users have been working with socially engaged photographers, presenting their stories and the stories of the areas they live in through six exhibitions across the city region.

  
This is the power of a photograph: to tell stories, to communicate beyond language, and connect instantly. Now Open Eye Gallery and Liverpool City Region Combined Authority are supporting the awards to celebrate the talent, creativity and vibrancy across our city region.
