From inside out

A black and white project that manifests the abyss of the soul. There might be a way to be close to someone else, but you have to try hard to find the keys to open his heart and make it bloom. There are always obstacles to overcome. But if you follow the signs...

No entry

This project makes an attempt to express human feelings through tree images. Getting started by the idea that trees have soul, observing trees is a way to identify the same feelings that are present in human souls. By approaching isolated moments in nature a map of human expressions can be drawn and the results can be seen in the images included in this project.

A piece of life

Εven in the most remote part of the earth there are present two essential components: nature and human intervention. My lenses are attracted by the paradox and the way in which man takes care to declare his presence in the most unexpected places. 
In this way, the natural landscape is transformed into a strange place. A surreal reality unfolds in front of our eyes and the effort is to capture images that express a sense of loneliness, isolation and abandonment. Images that transform the silent human presence into something weird, different and grotesque.

Outlandishness

An exhibition called "Under Negotiation" was almost ready.  It would be housed at Bagkeion, a neoclassical building in Athens for ten days. The idea was to approach the multidimensional  female psyche and to redefine the image of Woman as a feminine aspect on the woman body. The opening was scheduled for April, 1st. Two weeks to that date a general lockdown was announced in Greece due to coronavirus. The exhibition is postponed, the new date is not known.
My contribution to this exhibition was an unexpected combination of a girl's childhood surrounded with dolls and a woman's reaction to that remembrance. A black and white interpretation of the dreams and the nightmares when the time is gone...
