What does the Zonnelied mean to you? DE MINDERE calls for creative work with themes from the text. Translate it into music, image or word and submit your work before the deadline.

  
Z8 Roept is an open call to makers, artists and collectives of all ages. DE MINDERE offers an online platform for all submitted work and shows a selection of all creations at the Z8 Expo and the Z8 Festival. The selection is done by 3 selection committees: a committee for visual arts, one for music and one for speech. The committees are coached by Jeroen D'hoe for music, Jee Kast for speech and Amber Croonen for visual arts. Each committee consists of a young person, a senior and a person with a disability.

Selected entries will be included in the Z8 Expo from October 4 (Saint Francis's Day and World Animal Day) to January 4, 2026 and the Z8 Festival from Saturday October 4 and Sunday October 5.
