_Minami_ is a large-scale LED billboard installation created for Standard Vision’s Artist Spotlight Series, displayed on Olympic Blvd in downtown Los Angeles beside the [Crypto.com](http://Crypto.com) Arena. Spanning 3,700 square feet, the work cycles through a photographic series every three minutes, transforming an intimate portrait study into an illuminated public installation.

Entirely self-produced, the installation features actress Minami within a custom-built _Flower Portal_ environment composed of glass, water, and floral arrangements of Craspedia and Blue Thistle. Lloyd Galbraith directed every visual element. Including photography, sculpted nails, makeup, and set design, merging analog craft with digital scale. Through the interplay of light, reflection, and the body, _Minami_ explores visibility, transformation, and the convergence of organic and artificial beauty in contemporary image culture.
