The Archangel Gabriel _(The Messenger)_ visits the unborn in the womb. He brings the unborn child the knowledge necessary for the life to come. Gabriel then swears the child to secrecy by placing his finger upon the lips, leaving behind the cleft between the nose and the upper lip, known as Gabriel's imprint. This work in progress is an interpretation Archangel's recurring role in the scriptures of three Abrahamic faiths.

An abstract interpretation of Downtown Manhattan through the juxtaposition of complimentary colors applied in continuous brush strokes.

WINNER OF THE MINIMALIST PHOTO AWARDS 2019 - This photograph was in response to the challenge conveying the sound quality of an environment through image. I chose a snow covered sand dune on the beach. The snow has a muffling effect on the waves and the wind, crashing an echoless expanse.

Proposed show poster, for a docu-drama series about overcoming addiction and life after prison. The term "works" has a double meaning in the context of the show. It is used in a biblical context to refer to the corporal and spiritual works of mercy, as well as a colloquialism for drug paraphernalia. Photographed by Francisco Escobar, with typesetting and editing. 

WORKS

A lovers' tryst, this painting includes recycled and found materials, paper, textiles, industrial paints, construction adhesives, and artist's acrylic. This is a piece of concept art for a film titled One-Sixtieth, about a tragic love affair between a photographer and his muse.

BOKEH

A reimagining of the Temptation of Christ, this image is set in modern-day Harlem (New York City). 

THE TEMPTATION

SATORI

This piece is a stop motion animated scenery projected behind actors in a staged performance of José Rivera's MARISOL. The challenge of this work was to create a portable scenery option for staging theatrical productions in non traditional spaces. This production employed the use of rear screen projection to create a surreal environment that suited the tone and style of the play.

Movie Poster for PILLARS OF MADNESS: Episode 7 The Rock & The Machine, an \*-part documentary film series currently in pre-production with Oh Penny Pictures. This is a sample of digital art utilizing Photoshop and Illustrator, along with digital photographs architecture specific to the film, as well as digital images of stone tiles captured at various angles under a single light source to generate a 3-D bust of a live model.

A deconstructed self-portrait, utilizing previously worn clothing, found and recycled textiles, recycled paper, artist oils, construction adhesive, industrial enamel paints, and gold leaf.
