Laçzos Artísticos is an international mobility programme for artists promoted by the Organisation of Ibero-American States for Education, Science and Culture (OEI) and the Direção-Geral das Artes de Portugal (DGARTES).

  
As part of their work to promote culture, the OEI and DGARTES have joined forces to launch this new programme of scholarships for artistic exchange and improvement in the geographical areas of Ibero-America and the CPLP, with the aim of promoting and enhancing artistic exchange, without forgetting the importance of supporting internationalisation.

The consists of 11 grants, **each for an amount of 2,250 EUR,** intended to contribute to the artistic and professional development of the beneficiaries.The amount of the grant awarded **will include air travel and the corresponding medical and travel insurance necessary** for the development of the artistic project.
