This work is an ode to my love for water and my hometown of Lagos in Nigeria. There's a keen sense of adventure that's infectious when you grow up in any major coastal city. Being close to the water made me feel connected with centuries of history, and left me in this place of awe.

Blue runner is a take on personifying that ambition to travel further, to cross borders, and in a way I believe captures the human spirit for seeking new frontiers

I grew up as a christian, and as a kid I still recall the first time I heard about the story of Adam and Eve. The garden of eden seemed like this mystical place where all of nature co-existed in a perfect balance.

I attempted to recreate this childhood imagination in Eden, where I captured the vibrant nature of a garden, without any boundaries between the human and entities living in it

Eden

Life's full of up and downs, and as we journey through it, we continue to learn more about ourselves everyday. The season's harvest and season's toil is a diptych that represents the stormy hardship that lies between our motivation to realize our dreams in the world, and the gazing warm glory that comes once we've accomplished it. Its a constant reminder to me that the toil is always worth it
