How it would be if we look at the things which are everyday lives objects from the perspective of art? Can art make unimportant things valuable? Can we value the materials without playing with them? For example, for everyone, a sponge is a material that can only be used in the kitchens for washing the dishes. Also, legos are thought to be game material. Rods, cardboards, cartons, textured sheets, hard synthetic sheets and rigid foam sheets, foam materials & foam rubbers, model tubes, packing papers. There can be many more objects added to this. Normally this kind of materials used in construction works, repairing something but they can also be a part of an art project.

Finding the value in daily life objects

Let's look at packaging materials from an art perspective. Yes, they were already designed to function for a certain duty—to protect objects, but what about the aesthetic concern? They have shape and form. Can we keep them the way they were produced but still add another meaning to their existence? How are they made, regarding structures and forms? Where are they coming from? What are they used for? The main intention will be to point out the answers to these questions and to make them a part of an art project.

Strange creatures 

Minimalist Branding Design is an Instagram account which I started to share branding design
inspirations. It is a sort of blog based on “daily branding design ideas”. Packaging and business
cards are the two main topics that cover all the posts. My aim here is to promote and celebrate
the latest projects in the field. Sharing minimalist geometrical forms and simple color palettes
created for branding identities are the foundations of the page.

I came up with the idea of creating Geo Bags as the promotion collection of Minimalist Branding
Design. These stylish yet functional tote bags are made of scuba fabric and the forms are flexi
printing. They are separated into two, as geometric and organic shapes, where my intention is to
represent two directions of minimalism.

How would you react if a sort of "undesirable food" was presented to you in a fun and attractive way? Would you consider eating it? Can you guess how it smells?

Artificial Eating aims to turn reluctance into desire by using bright colors, splendid details, and fictitious materials to set a one-person dining table. The conceptual series plays with the senses—looking at the created image might direct the observer to associate it with a familiar taste, smell, and/or texture. To achieve that, entertainment objects like confetti and slimes combined with everyday objects such as cutlery, sugar, and placemats were used. As an outcome, they were assembled in a minimal yet eye-catching configuration.
