Hello, new world.

I'm writing this letter to you, because I'm scared. Nowadays, I don’t know, what I am going to do, how I want to live that new life. The fact I know I’m an artist. Unfortunately, I don’t like it anymore. The lockdown is getting me depressed slowly. In the first stage I am proactive and optimistic, but on the last stage I just lie in my bed. But I’m still here.

The steroid hormone of stress, cortisol, starts to rising in us when we depress. It’s interesting that level of cortisol getting higher, when we are bored also. So is that boring emotion the reason for my depression? When you are bored, the imagination function of your brain works better. So my brain starts to search for a new «me». We are in dead-end now. Here are «me» and «my» (home, feeling, art, etc). Nothing else.
