Xenia Blake

Born in Moscow, raised in Los Angeles, returning to study art at Moscow State University, Xenia is no stranger to opposing views.

This struggle is clearly visible throughout her art, at a second glance hope shines through, always there, an ever present theme introduced when she embraced her own struggles and gave herself to art.

Xenia embraces the Surrealism and Expressionism movements, inspired by her dreams or a blank canvas, the oil work disguises her meticulous detail to an unobservant eye.
