Kaleidoscopic Being - Wavelength, first

In these drawings of Kaleidoscopic Beings, I excommunicate my inner longings. As I investigate their forms, I see my confusion as an inherent translation of my fears and anxiety. Reflecting on these expressions, I allow myself to dilute and organize this Chaos, redefining its marks.

Inspired by post-human philosophical ideas, where the human is perceived as an integral part and not different from an ecosystem on a planetary level. They are not seen as one, but as many.

Delving into post-human texts, I come across the idea of ​​"life" being a construction that intends to place us within an even broader perspective of existence and separating us from what we define as “Other". I also perceive a philosophical ancient Greek thought that talks about the possibility of everything amidst Chaos, which when organised, can generate life.

I started to produce imagery creations of human and non-human clusters. Characterised masses of emotions to horizontalize and give new meaning to the humanisation process.

I want to confront what we recognise as our (human) in these forms, simultaneously generating an abject feature of ourselves. 

They are infinitely reproducing beings and in constant transformation.

“Most of the long exposure Photos are made during night time and the ones that are made during the day are for short periods. My long exposure work was done during the day and some photos has between 3 or even 10 minutes of exposure. That would be impossible for photography if I didn’t use a filter that only let 5% of the light in the camera sensor."
