2026 artist residency for ukrainian artists

Just as last year, TUR will hold an open call dedicated to Ukrainian artists and culture professionals offering one residency spot (for 1 or 2 months) with fully funded, non-shared accommodation, studio space, travel cost reimbursement, and a monthly stipend.
