Applications are accepted twice a year: June 1 and October 1. Applications open 5 weeks before the deadline. June 1 deadline: for residencies taking place from January to May of 2023. Application period is April 27- June 1, 2022. October 1 deadline: for residencies taking place from June to December of 2023. Application period is August 27 -October 1, 2022.

No grant applications will be considered after the deadlines in June and October. Notification of acceptance/denial will be sent out 6 - 8 weeks after the deadline. There is a $25 application fee, payable upon completion of the form.

Outside of the application periods listed above, regular (non-grant) applications are accepted on a rolling basis for any remaining spots in the current calendar year, or to fill a cancellation. For rolling admissions, please check the availability calendar and the red update text above for openings or cancellations before proceeding with the application form. Applications are closed June 1- August 1 and October 1- December 1 for jurying. Artists applying on a rolling basis will be notified of acceptance/denial within 2-4 weeks of their application. The residency website will be updated regularly to show any available dates, and you are encouraged to email the residency to confirm these dates before sending in an application.

Notes on deposit and payments: If accepted, a 200 dollar holding deposit is due at the time of confirmation to hold your dates (for both grant and regular applicants.) This deposit is in addition to your full residency fee which will be due 60 days before your residency start date.
