Time and again there is talk that only new forms of togetherness can lead us to a more sustainable future. This artistic project takes a concrete example to develop such a vision.
This concrete example is the Olympic Games. They serve as a model for an inclusive and appreciative interaction that is not characterised by competition and the winner-loser dichotomy. To achieve this, however, it is necessary to rethink and reformulate the concept of the Olympic Games from an artistic perspective. Our task is to imagine a visionary picture of Olympic games that articulates a new aesthetic, culture, spirituality and sense of collaboration.
A concept of alternative Olympic Games is the first step / milestone. The second step is to think about how this concept can be publicised and implemented.
I am looking for a small circle (3 to 5 individuals) of inspired and interested human beings / artists. The project is not funded at the moment, so it is based on our interest and commitment. We can think about possible funding opportunities together. We also want to design the process of our collaboration together.
