The RMB Latitudes CuratorLab is a prestigious mentorship initiative now in its fourth year, dedicated to empowering early-career curators from Africa. This program offers a unique opportunity for aspiring curators to gain hands-on experience, engage with peers, and develop their professional skills. In partnership with Art School Africa, a registered non-profit organization, the 2025 edition will feature a facilitated online residency designed to provide practical industry experience and hone curatorial expertise.

Ten talented curators will be selected to participate in this initiative, which focuses on fostering professional practice skills for young curators on the African continent. While no formal training is required, practical curatorial experience is preferred. The program will work with curators across Africa, with a primary focus on South Africa. This is a chance for emerging curators to gain valuable insights, build their network, and advance their careers in the arts.
