The Clare Hart DeGolyer Memorial Fund was created at the Dallas Museum of Art in 1980 for the purpose of recognizing exceptional talent and potential in young visual artists. This fund seeks applicants who show a commitment to growing their artistic endeavors. Past recipients have used these funds to purchase supplies, rent studio spaces, and support research and travel through transportation and admission tickets.
Generally, awards do not exceed $1,500. This fund will not cover tuition or artist residency programs.
