indianocean co-creation fund - cycle ii

The Indian Ocean Commission 's (IOC ) regional project for the development of cultural and creative industries (ICC) in Indianocéanie is launching the Indianocéanie Co-creation Fund, cycle II, to support inter-island exchanges and collaborations, but also to promote access to regional markets.

The fund aims to:

1. Promote inter-island artistic and creative collaboration for the production of works reflecting the cultural diversity of the region;
2. Expand the opportunities available to artists and cultural operators by stimulating and strengthening partnerships in the Indian Ocean and in Africa;
3. Develop the artistic and creative offering by encouraging the implementation of co-production agreements and professionalizing regional creation and production.

As the ICC project aims to achieve structural change for gender equality in culture, priority will be given to projects that have an impact on equality by promoting the full participation and inclusion of women.

The ICC project is led by the Indian Ocean Commission (IOC) and funded by the French Development Agency (AFD).
