Description:
SPIRA9 ART is inviting curatorial and exhibition volunteers to support an upcoming contemporary art exhibition.
The opportunity offers hands-on experience in exhibition preparation and public engagement. Volunteers will assist the curatorial team with exhibition installation, artwork placement and preparation, and will help welcome visitors and introduce the participating artworks during the exhibition.
This opportunity may be particularly relevant to emerging curators, art students, recent graduates, and those interested in gaining practical experience in contemporary art exhibitions.
Key Activities:
• Assisting with exhibition installation and artwork preparation
• Supporting the curatorial team during the installation period
• Welcoming visitors during the exhibition
• Introducing and explaining artworks to visitors
• Supporting general exhibition operations and visitor experience
No previous professional curatorial experience is required, but an interest in contemporary art and a responsible, collaborative approach are essential.
