indian ocean commission: alévini regional mobility fund

As part of the regional ICC development project in Indianocean , the IOC is launching the fourth round of allocation of "AléVini, regional mobility support fund". The project, financed by the French Development Agency (AFD), aims to strengthen regional collaboration and contribute to local economic development linked to the structuring of cultural actors and their ecosystem.

Through this call for applications, the AléVini fund aims to:

1. Promote inter-island cultural and artistic exchanges to strengthen the ICC value chain: creation, production, distribution and dissemination.
2. Develop the region's artistic and cultural market by promoting the creation of professional networks.

Priority will be given to projects that have an impact on equality by promoting the full participation and inclusion of women.
