2026 artist residency

In 2021, thanks to the generous hospitality of collectors Umberto Morera and Anna Maria Balsano Morera, Maja Arte Contemporanea launched its first artist residency.

Held annually in May, the month-long Residency takes place in Romazzano, a small village located about 8 km from Todi (Perugia, Italy).

In keeping with the Gallery’s commitment to fostering concrete initiatives in support of women in contemporary art, the Residency is open exclusively to female artists.
